BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The University Extension Specialist II oversees stakeholder partnerships and implements engagement strategies for assigned curricular-based projects. They manage the design, implementation and evaluation of extension activities, ensuring alignment with approved proposals, while also handling needs assessments, resource allocation and reporting.
The University Extension Specialist II initiates the development of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks, data collection tools, and action plans for extension projects. They also initiate coordination with project teams, oversee data analysis, and ensure compliance with reporting and impact assessment processes.
