The Satellite Campuses Management Office (SCMO) of Bukidnon State University (BukSU) enhanced its 2026 Operational Planning and Workshop on March 3–4, 2026, at Loghouse 28 Mountain Resort in Kitaotao, Bukidnon.
Facilitated by the university’s Planning and Management Unit (PMU), University officials and representatives from the 16 satellite campuses aligned institutional priorities and refined operational strategies in 2026 through planning and decision-making.
Facilitated discussions, planning sessions, and data-driven reviews were conducted to examine current performance indicators and identify priority actions necessary to support the University’s strategic direction.
Over the course of the workshop, participants worked to align campus targets with the University’s overall goals, harmonize performance indicators, and translate institutional objectives into clear, measurable, and achievable campus-level action plans.
SCMO Director Dr. Alber A. Villanca emphasized that operational planning is an important platform to ensure that satellite campuses remain fully aligned with the University’s vision.
“This operational planning workshop allows our satellite campuses to come together, share insights, and align our priorities with the University’s overall direction. It ensures that our plans are not only strategic but also practical and responsive to the needs of each campus and the University as a whole,” Villanca said.
The SCMO ensured that the University’s strategic goals are effectively implemented at the satellite campus level. (Dr. Wilfredo A. Martinez/ Technical Assistant for Special Projects, SCMO)
