The College of Technologies conducted the Internship Pre-deployment Orientation 2026 on January 7-9, 2026, at the University Auditorium for the senior students of the five programs under it.

“The purpose of the event was to prepare students for their internship by orienting them on institutional policies, internship requirements, workplace conduct, safety standards, and legal responsibilities before deployment to their respective Host Training Establishments,” Dr. Marilou O. Espina, Dean of the College of Technologies, said.

The orientation was designed for students to gain an understanding of the requirements of an internship, while including the management of stress, time, and personal grooming.

Sessions on health and safety were also held to increase the interns’ awareness of their rights and responsibilities when in their professional environment.

A talk on emergency management was conducted to help students learn how to act in case of emergencies.

Proper documentation was introduced to the interns for organized filing and standardization of record submission.

Bukidnon State University held a week-long university-wide orientation for the second semester on January 12-16, 2026. The pre-deployment orientation for student interns belonging to five colleges was set to disseminate policies of the institution and the readiness of student interns before deployment. (Louie Jay S.
