






Officials of Bukidnon State University (BukSU) paid a courtesy visit to Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah F. Pangandaman on July 16, 2025, at the DBM Central Office.
The delegation was led by BukSU President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol and included Vice President for Administration and Finance Mr. Dante S. Victoria Jr, Planning and Development Director Dr. Helen P. Garcia, Budget Officer Ms. Mary Celine L. Alsola, College of Public Administration and Governance Dean Dr. Lalevie C. Lubos, and Presidential Management Staff Director Ms. Joanne Vivien B. Necosia.

During the visit, President Mirasol formally turned over its 2024 University Annual Report, BukSU Matatau, to Secretary Pangandaman. She also presented key updates, including the university’s international rankings, budget utilization rates since 2023, the status of ongoing infrastructure projects funded under the 2024 and 2025 General Appropriations Acts (GAA), and priority proposals for Fiscal Year 2026.
The meeting highlighted the university’s commitment to transparency, fiscal responsibility, and alignment with national development priorities.
