PFT Chairperson Dr. Anthony C. Sales, CESO III, along with PRBFT First Member Ms. Remedios V. Baclig, and representatives from PRC X Ms. Katelyn Elis H. Escartin and Ms. Dweezil Zoe I. Acierto, assess BukSU’s compliance with national standards, policies, and requirements for the offering of the Bachelor of Science in Food Technology degree.

“BukSU is substantially compliant with the minimum requirements of the BS Food Technology program. No deficiencies or violations were recorded during the visit,” the visiting team said.
While BukSU has met most of the necessary conditions, the PRBFT recommended that the university expedite the completion of key laboratories.
A follow-up inspection is scheduled in 2026 to ensure full compliance with the remaining laboratory requirements.
BukSU was granted the Certificate of Compliance on the same day.

“We extend our sincere appreciation to the PRBFT and PRC X for their continued guidance and support in ensuring the quality of the BS Food Technology program,” BukSU Chief Administrative Officer for Administration Ms. Rosanna S. Generato expressed. (Dr. Madelaine S. Dumandan, BSFT Faculty Member/IPTTU Director)
