(2) -Part Time Faculty

Requirements for Application:

  • Application Letter indicating the position and the office assignment.
  • Attach the following documents to the application letter and send to the address below not later than July 26, 2023:
    1. )  Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017 with Work attachment sheet, if any) which can be downloaded at www.buksu.edu.ph or www.csc.gov.ph

    2.) Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating/ License
    3.) Photocopy of Transcript of Records; and other Pertinent Documents
