MALAYBALAY CITY – Bukidnon State University (BukSU) and University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) signed a Memorandum of Agreement to foster student leadership and development held at the USTP Conference Hall on July 14, 2023.
Both institutions have formally established a collaborative partnership, signaling the beginning of an exciting journey dedicated to nurturing and empowering students in their pursuit of leadership excellence.
Atty. Dionel O. Albina, Chancellor of USTP CDO, led the USTP delegation with Mr. Floreto B. Quinito Jr., the MSIT Director from the Office of Student Affairs, and Engr. Erich P. Abad, PECE-Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs and Services.
Dr. Joy M. Mirasol, the University President, represented BukSU. With her were Ms. Vivien Necosia, Director of the Presidential Management Staff, Dr. Lorenzo B. Dinlayan III, Director for Student Leadership and Development, and his staff Mr. Lawrence David S. Baylosis. As this collaborative partnership commenced, both institutions eagerly looked forward to the transformative journey that lies ahead. Through this initiative, BukSU and USTP aimed to inspire and shape the leaders of tomorrow, making a lasting impact on student development and instilling a culture of excellence and innovation in higher education.
