MALAYBALAY CITY – Bukidnon State University honored 30 students and organizations who showcased remarkable achievements from diverse fields during the PAGKILALA: Student Awards and Recognition held at the University Mini Theatre on June 9, 2023.
“In the realm of education, true success is not solely measured by academic accomplishments, but also by the ability to inspire, motivate, and uplift others,” Dr. Lorenzo B. Dinlayan III, Director of Student Leadership and Development, said in his opening remarks during the said event.
“Through all the academic years, these outstanding leaders have tirelessly worked and cultivated a positive and inclusive environment, fostering growth and nurturing talents within our institution,” he added.
Dr. Joy M. Mirasol, University President, said in her message that the university has always strive to be a beacon of excellence in education, committed to nurturing future-ready graduates.
“Education is not just about acquiring knowledge but equipping our students with the skills and character necessary to thrive in an ever-changing world,” she said.
“As we recognize the accomplishments of our outstanding students, let us remember that their success is a testament to the collective effort of the entire BukSU Community. We celebrate not just their achievements but also the values they embody,” she added.
The PAGKILALA Awards was to recognize outstanding accomplishments and serve as a reminder of the limitless potential within the BukSU community.
