BukSU to celebrate 99th Foundation, 16th University Anniversaries

MALAYBALAY CITY – Bukidnon State University is set to hold a week-long celebration of its 99^th Foundation and 16^th Anniversary on June 13 to 16, 2023.  

The Founding Anniversary Week is an important event that celebrates the rich history, achievements, and contributions of BukSU to the academic community. It serves as a platform for fostering camaraderie, promoting academic excellence, and strengthening our institutional bonds.

Invited VIP guests are expected to join major events of the celebration.

The said event is focused on the theme: Celebrating 99 Years of Excellence.”

The opening program will be held on June 13, 2023 at the University Gymnasium. The Alumni and Retirees Meet and Greet will be held on the same venue in the afternoon.

BukSU will also sign Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with partners at the Mini Theatre on June 14, 2023.

One of the highlights of this celebration is the Investiture Ceremony of the 3^rd University President Dr. Joy M. Mirasol to be held at the University Gymnasium on June 15, 2023. A Faculty Research Recognition and Awards dubbed “PAGKILALA” is also set to unfold at the University Mini Theater on June 16, 2023. (Information Unit)
