The Bukidnon State University Non-Teaching Employees’ Association (formerly Bukidnon State College Non-Teaching Employee’ Association / BSC-NTEA) is a non-stock, non-political and non-sectarian organization whose prime concern is to serve and protect the welfare of its members. The association shall promote closer and harmonious relationship among the non-teaching workforce of Bukidnon State University.
Objectives
The Association is formed to achieve the following objectives:
- To promote fraternal, social, moral, spiritual, cultural, economic, and intellectual betterment of the members of the Association.
- To represent in the University and other authorities on matters affecting the non-teaching staff of Bukidnon State University.
- To affiliate and strengthen linkages with the Regional and National Non-Teaching Associations of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC).
- To effectively work with the government with dedication and pride in the Public service.
- To raise and/or disburse funds in carrying out the purposes and to invest and re-invest unused funds of the Association.
- To develop a fund generating mechanism that will support the various projects and programs of the Association.
- To protect and uphold the individual and collective rights of all the members.
- To strive for the adoption of legislation, policies and other measures that will promote the economic, social and general well-being of all the members in particular, and the working class, in general.
- To promote the enlightenment of all the members in regards to their rights and obligation as union members and as employees, the present labor relations systems, the existing Collective Negotiating Agreement (CNA) and all other matters that directly or indirectly affect the union.
