MALAYBALAY CITY (26 November 2020) – Bukidnon State University’s Gender and Development Unit is conducting its Virtual Forum on Violence Against Women: Issues under the New Normal for all personnel in the main and satellite campuses via Zoom App on November 26, 2020.
This is in support of the worldwide 18-day campaign to end violence against women.
The forum covers discussions on the many forms of violence against women during the pandemic. There will also be sharing on appropriate mitigations from different agencies addressing the legal, psychological, and physical protection of women.
Atty. Krissi Shaffina Twyla A. Rubin, the OIC Director of the Center for Gender Equality and Women’s Human Rights, will be the forum’s resource person. (OP-Information and Publication Service)
