MALAYBALAY CITY (May 28) The performance of Bukidnon State University has improved in the March 2018 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) based on results from the Professional Regulations Commission.
BukSU College of Education obtained 48.4 percent passing rate among its first time takers of the LET with 106 out of 219 passed in the Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEE).
A total of 155 of the 349 or 44.41 percent have passed for the Bachelor of Secondary Education takers (BSE).
COE officials said this is an increase compared to results in the March 2017 exams.
Mrs. Daisy C. Mugot, chairperson of the Professional Studies department said the improvement shows that the LET preparation mechanism employed by the university has been effective.
She said more than external reviewers and other mechanisms, they have conducted internal review with the implementation of instruction in ED 139 (General Education) and ED 140 (Professional Education) subjects. IPS
