Bukidnon State University will soon open a fully functional hotel and restaurant. This hotel is named “Balai ha BukSU”, a binukid term which means “House of BukSU”. This will be the first hotel in the province that will be managed by a university.
The Balai ha BukSU is located at crossing Landing, Casisang, Malaybalay City, Bukidnon, in front of the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints. It has seven (7) guest rooms and three (3) dormitory type rooms that can house about 35 persons. It has a fifty (50) cover training restaurant and one hundred thirty (130) cover training function room to train the students in technical knowledge. It is also equipped with a covered swimming pool, with this new facility coupled with international internship, the BukSU’s HRM program aims to lead in providing the best hospitality training in the region. Balai ha BukSU is set to open this March 2018.
