The PITLC’s annual program convenes youth leaders from across the country for activities intended to measure leadership growth through structured sessions and group-based work. The 2025 edition continued this format, and the Primus segments contributed to the evaluation of participants’ engagement.
The 12th PITLC concluded its activities after five days of sessions, competitions, and group events, with participants from higher education institutions and youth organizations taking part in the program. (Dr. Lharra Mae C. Postrano/ Faculty member, College of Nursing)
