  • Graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Physical Education / Bachelor of Physical Education with Master of Arts in Education major in Physical Education or allied fields
  • Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT)

 

Employment

  • Status: Permanent
  • Salary: 29,165.00 Php / month
  • Office Assignment: College of Education, Physical Education Department

  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2017) and attached Work Experience Sheet which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph
