BukSU officially calls for entries to the centennial celebration logo via competition

As the centennial year celebration of Bukidnon State University (firstly known as Bukidnon Provincial High School in 1924) approaches, the University opens a centennial celebration logo-making competition for undergraduate and graduate students including the teaching and non-teaching personnel until November 24, 2023.

The winning logo will be used in the centennial promotion and centennial celebration events across different media platforms and merchandise.

Guidelines:

• The theme of the centennial celebration is “ A Century of Excellence: Retrospecting the Past, Prospecting the Future.”
• Only BukSU teaching and non-teaching employees and undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in the 1^st semester SY 2023-2024 are allowed to join.
• The preferred file format for the submitted logo is a vector format (SVG) with a transparent background. However, for those designing in platforms such as Photoshop, Canva and other non-vector-based software, the minimum dimensions for the logos should be at least 1000 by 1000 pixels to ensure optimal quality and versatility.
• Accompany the logo with a short narrative about its composition and as well as the story it evokes
• Deadline for submission is on November 24, 2023.
• The winning logo will become the property of the University, with due recognition given to the designer. It will be used in all Centennial Celebration activities.
• The winner will receive a certificate and potentially a cash prize which will be awarded during the opening program of the Centennial Celebration
• The University Executive Committee will decide the winner and the result is irrevocable
