BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION

The Dormitory Manager I provides administrative and operational support in managing the dormitory, ensuring facility upkeep, resident compliance with policies, and proper documentation of occupancy and related concerns.

REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION (in PDF or JPEG format):

  1. Application Letter indicating the position and the office assignment;
  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212, Revised 2025 with Work experience sheet if any) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph;
  3. Scanned copy of Performance rating obtained in the last two (2) rating periods if applicable;
  4. Scanned copy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Rating/ License;
  5. Scanned copy of Transcript of Records;
  6. Scanned copy of Certificate of Trainings / Seminars attended and other Pertinent Documents
