
Bukidnon State University successfully conducted its 2025 1st Rating Period Performance Evaluation through the Planning and Development Unit.
This 5-day activity, held from July 21-25, 2025, gathered key officials and personnel from various academic and administrative offices and units across the university, each presented their performance accomplishments for the first half of the year.
The evaluation process was both thorough and collaborative, reflecting BukSU’s strong culture of accountability and performance excellence. Each delivery unit presented its key performance indicators, accomplishments, and outputs in alignment with its mandate and BukSU’s strategic goals.
In response, the PMT provided critical assessments and constructive feedback, reinforcing the university’s shared commitment to transparent governance, outcomes-based planning, and continuous institutional improvement. This process ensures that all efforts remain aligned with both regional development priorities and national government performance standards.
Overall, this activity underscored BukSU’s collective pursuit of innovation, efficiency, and impact across instruction, research, extension, and administrative functions. It also provided a platform for reflection, recalibration, and recognition of the hard work and dedication of BukSU personnel who continue to advance the university’s vision and mission.
