Salary/Job/Pay Grade: 17

Monthly Salary: Php 47,247.00

Eligibility: RA 1080 (Dentist)

Education: Doctor of Dental Medicine or Dental Surgery

Training : 4 hours of relevant training

Work Experience: 1 year of relevant experience

Competency: N/A

  7. Copy of Certificate of Trainings/Seminars attended.
  8. Transcript of Records; and other Pertinent Documents
