TACLOBAN CITY – Bukidnon State University bagged the Philippine National Health Research System (PNHRS) Cultural Fashion Show Competition championship title held at the Summit Hotel, Tacloban City on August 10, 2023.
Dr. Lesley C. Lubos, BukSU Botanical Gardens and Herbarium Director represented Bukidnon State University and performed in front of more than 500 participants from the different regions.
The Eastern Visayas Health Research and Development Consortium (EVHRDC) hosted the 16th Philippine National Health Research (PNHRS) Week Celebration from August 8-11, 2023. It focused on the theme: “Sustainable Development: Resilience through Health Research.”
Accordingly, it aimed to emphasize the critical role of health research and innovation in driving sustainable development, particularly in the post-COVID-19 era. It also served as a platform for showcasing groundbreaking research initiatives that contribute to achieving the nation’s sustainable development goals. The said celebration has welcomed guests and participants including Regional Health Research and Development Consortia (RHRDC) members from, PNHRS officials, and representatives from both national and local government units.
