MALAYBALAY CITY – The Bukidnon State University Secondary Laboratory School will hold the entrance examination for Grade 7 on June 16, 2020 (Tuesday) and has released a list of qualified takers.
According to a list provided by the Office of the Principal of BukSU SLS, a total of 172 learners are expected to take the entrance examination, which will be conducted under strict health protocols in assigned examination rooms in the BukSU SLS Building, Main Campus. The list was previously circulated in the Lab school’s social media account.
The exam takers have been assigned to a room and a schedule for entry to the campus and time to take the examination (see list below)
The four schedules are as follows: 8:00-10:00a.m, 10:00-12:00 noon, 1:00-3:00p.m. and 3:00-5:00pm.
Based on an announcement on June 3, 2020, the SLS have opened an online registration for interested learners, which closed on June 12, 2020.
Those who went through the online registration were advised to visit the BukSU official website and obtain a QR code through the university’s COVID-19 screening tool. They were also advised to save the QR Code in their phone so they can show it upon inspection at the gate. The university strictly observes NO QR CODE, NO ENTRY POLICY.
All high school exam takers are assigned to enter via BukSU Gate 1 (near the Bukidnon National High School). The Gate 3 was designated for college entrance exam takers.
The SLS noted that exam takers cannot get inside the campus if it is not yet their schedule of examination.
Dr. Reynaldo T. Oton, SLS principal asked the examinees to be honest about their health condition and not to take the exam if not feeling well. He said the examinee has to inform this office about it for utmost consideration.
The BukSU main campus observes proper health protocols such as wearing of face mask all the time, observing physical distancing and going through foot bath and hand washing. Examinees were also advised to bring hand sanitizer. (OP-Information and Publication Service)
