






All regular faculty of Bukidnon State University attended the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) seminar-workshop last November 17-18 and 19-20, 2015 at the Loiza’s Pavilion, Casisang, Malaybalay City. The activity was facilitated by the Performance Management Team of the University headed by Dr. Joy M. Mirasol, Vice President for Research and Extension. Other members of the team present include Dr. Estela C. Itaas, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Mr. Dante S. Victoria, Jr., Vice President for Administration, Planning and Development, Mrs. Wilma L. Gregory, Finance Officer, Mr. Mark Lemuel L. Garcia, Supervising Administrative Officer, Engr. Welditito Quilang NTEA President, and Mr. Albert A. Villanca, BSUFA President.
Mr. Alvin P. Principe, Operations Management Director of the Development Academy of the Philippines, was tapped as the resource person in the conduct of the workshop.
SPMS is a mechanism by the Civil Service Commission, which aims to monitor and to evaluate organizational effectiveness through the setting, alignment, and accomplishment of individual and organizational objectives.
