The investiture of Dr. Oscar B. Cabañelez as second (2nd) president of Bukidnon State University took place on Thursday, June 18, 2015.
Delegates from different universities within Region X and other neighboring regions joined BukSU’s administrative and academic heads, faculty, students, alumni, and members of the community in a procession that signified a historic academic ceremony and marked a significant leadership transition.
Along with the inaugural address of Dr. Cabañelez, the Regional Director of the Commission on Higher Education-Region X, Dr. Zenaida G. Gersana, gave her words of challenge.
