BukSU Mapped Out Its New Strategic Plan for 2015-2019

In response to the changing environment for higher education in general and for Bukidnon State University, in particular the academic and administrative heads convened at the N Hotel Cagayan de Oro City on April 22-24, 2015 for the University-Wide Strategic Planning.

Since the 2010-2014 Strategic Plan has been completed, the university charted its new directions for the 2015-2019. The primary aim of this intellectual gathering was to transform the university to newer heights under the leadership of Dr. Oscar B. Cabañelez. Dr. Ophelia del Puerto Tongco, former Senior Vice President for Regional Operations of the Development Academy of the Philippines, was tapped as a facilitator in the conduct of the workshop in tandem with the Office of the Vice President for Administration, Planning, and Development. Also, Commissioner Alex B. Brillantes, Jr. of Commission on Higher Education (CHED) graced the event as Resource Speaker.
