COE received a Sangguniang Panlalawigan Congratulatory Resolution for producing Topnotchers in the Licensure Examination for Teachers, Awarded by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of the Province of Bukidnon last Feb .2020. Since 2017, the College has produced 10 top notchers. Moreover, There is a consistent increase of percentage of the performance of BUKSU takers in the Licensure Examination for Teachers.

The college maintains the conduct of periodic review of its Pre-service Teacher Education Curriculum., assuring that 100% of the college syllabi are PPST-based and OBE-responsive.

100% of faculty were sent to various trainings and capability buildings relating to the four-fold function of the university.

All COE programs (Basic Education to graduate Education) shifted to flexible learning Modalities. Academic Procedures and activities were also adjusted to fit the demands of remote and online learning.
