The MMBM Program is open to graduates aspiring for management careers, corporate leadership and corporate governance. Students from a wide range of disciplines, including business, economics, engineering, science and arts can be better prepared for management responsibilities and the challenges of leadership in the 21st century. The program equips the students with generalist managerial and leadership skills that will improve their practice and help them start a successful career in business management.
The curriculum is therefore often very similar to that of an MBA that allows students to develop their understanding of the traditional and emerging business operations, organizational behavior from multiple perspectives. The distinguishing feature of the program is the set of teaching and learning styles to account for the variations in prior work experience. The program curriculum is delivered through a combination of lectures, seminars, case studies with an individual thesis at the end of the course.
Program Goal
The Program shall provide the students a master’s degree that has a solid foundation in effective management practice in their chosen industry, with a direction towards an eventual leadership role.
