The BA Social Science (BASS) is a four-year, multidisciplinary program which studies the different theories, methodologies, and approaches of the Social Sciences. It provides students with a broad and holistic perspective in analyzing the contemporary world through the lens of sociology, psychology, political science, economics, history and geography. BASS students are given learning opportunities to apply competencies in the social sciences in designing and implementing research-based solutions to address local, national and international social issues. Graduates of the program can pursue careers in teaching, research, policy studies, advocacy and volunteer work, and employment in government, non-government, academic and private organizations.

1.1The BA Social Sciences curriculum also gives due importance to developing self-assuredness in knowing and being a Filipino.
2.1 The BA Social Science shall develop awareness of themselves and collaborate with others, learners must have intrapersonal interpersonal skills.
3.1 BA Social Sciences curriculum is strengthened by adapting a spiral curriculum wherein technical research skills (referencing, analysis of journal articles through the lens of social science frameworks and theories, etc.) are introduced in the first year, and are then mastered in the succeeding years.
