Bukidnon State University is committed to produce globally competitive and responsible graduates through excellent instruction, responsive research, sustainable extension and quality production for the highest satisfaction of its stakeholders.
Quality Objectives of the College of Arts and Sciences:
- Conduct in-service trainings for CAS faculty;
- Encourage CAS faculty to pursue advanced degrees;
- Track the percentage of employed graduates two years after graduation;
- Increase the percentage of undergraduate student population enrolled in CHED-identified and RDC-identified priority program;
- Upgrade the accreditation status of undergraduate programs;
- Comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements on Curriculum Design & Development;
- Participate in ISA awareness seminar;
- Improve the percentage of graduates to finish academic program according to prescribed time;
- Strengthen the Academic Mentoring Program to ensure an increase of merit scholars (academic scholars)
- Maintain a good or better teaching performance rating;
- Forge additional academic local, national, international linkages;
- Raise the percentage of graduate students enrolled in research degree programs;
- Obtain a rating of good or better or its equivalent on timeliness of education delivery/supervision;
- Maintain a good or better customer satisfaction rating;15. Submit documents and records on time;
- Ensure the active participation of faculty in school activities;
- Support the energy saving initiative of the University; and
Integrate DRRM and GAD in curriculum and instruction.
