Action Planning
This procedure is established to provide system documentation in the review of accomplishments, address the issues and concerns of the foregoing operational plan, and the identification of the priority targets/objective BukSU to ensure the achievement of the University’s Mission, realization of Vision and the accomplishment of Strategic Goals.
OPCR Quarterly Monitoring and Evaluation
This procedure is established to provide an organized and systematic system in the monitoring and evaluation of the different offices inside BukSU. Monitoring and evaluation of OPCR prevents any inappropriate or inconvenient incident and helps in addressing constraints and challenges that the University might encounter.
Consolidation of Data
This procedure is established to provide an organized and systematic system in the consolidation of data in the Planning Office of BukSU.
Release of Document
This procedure is established to ensure continuous improvement through the management of the release of documents in the Planning Office.
