The Board of Regents, through Resolution No. 1690, S. 2016, approved the inclusion of “Information and Publication” in the university organizational structure under the Office of the President on March 6, 2016 during the 167th Board Meeting in CHED Office Quezon City.
On April 2, 2018, the university president Dr. Oscar B. Cabañelez designated Mr. Walter I. Balane as the Information and Publication Focal Person, to head the “Information and Publication” function in view of the aspiration of the university to strengthen its public information and publication work.
