A student of Bukidnon State University is considered enrolled if they have submitted their valid credentials to the University Registrar’s office; has been issued a study load approved by the Dean of their college; and has paid fees or made arrangements for payment with the University.

Every prospective student must enroll during the given registration or enrollment period, usually one week before the opening of classes. Late enrollment is allowed during the first week of class and the student pays a penalty. A student may enroll only in subjects which are still open.
