MALAYBALAY CITY (IPS) Full support from the administration is considered as one of the reasons behind the progressive increase of number of graduates from the College of Nursing who pass the nursing board examination, according to a report.

Since its inception, the percentage passing rate of CON to the Nurse Licensure Examination Performance has increased from 58.33 percent in December 2013 to 100 percent in December 2017.

In 2014, 50 of the 55 takers passed the licensure examination with a percentage of 90.91 percent. It was the batch with the highest number of passers.

In 2015, the percentage rate went down to 86.84 percent but it bounced back to 89.29 percent in December 2016, straight to 100 percent in November 2017.

Dr. Carina Joane V.
